The Software Engineering Research Group (SERG) is an industry-oriented research group located in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our overall objective is to develop new methodologies and tools to develop higher quality software in a cost-effective manner. We adopt a rigorous but problem-driven, realistic approach to every problem as we view software development as an engineering discipline.
